Terms and Conditions for SASHA Business Growth

Welcome to SASHA Business Growth (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

 

1. Scope of Services

1.1. These T&C apply to all past, present, and future services and programs provided by SASHA Business Growth.
1.2. The scope, timelines, and specific conditions of each service or program may vary and will be communicated to the client via email, if applicable.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. The client agrees to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.

  • Implement the strategies and plans as directed during the program.

  • Provide accurate and complete business information.

  • Maintain communication throughout the program and post-program to seek clarification if a strategy does not yield expected results.

2.2. Failure to fulfill the above responsibilities, including being unresponsive for over a month without prior notice, may result in a non-refundable cancellation of the service.
2.3. Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be evaluated by SASHA Business Growth on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Full payment is required upfront for all services, unless otherwise explicitly informed by the billing team.
3.2. Payments must be completed as per the issued invoice and within the stipulated timeline.
3.3. Delayed payments will incur a penalty of ₹100 per day.

 

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

4.1. All materials, strategies, templates, scripts, and tools provided during the program remain the intellectual property of SASHA Business Growth.
4.2. SASHA Business Growth grants clients a limited license to use the provided materials strictly for their business purposes.
4.3. Clients are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or reselling any proprietary content without prior written consent from SASHA Business Growth.

 

5. Liability Limitations

5.1. SASHA Business Growth provides strategies and recommendations based on industry knowledge and experience but does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control (e.g., market conditions, client execution).
5.2. SASHA’s liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the program or service.

 

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

6.1. SASHA Business Growth commits to keeping all client information and business data strictly confidential.
6.2. Clients must not disclose SASHA’s proprietary methods, materials, or tools to third parties without prior written permission.

 

7. Termination

7.1. SASHA Business Growth reserves the right to terminate a client’s service agreement for:

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Being unresponsive for over a month.

  • Disrespectful or unprofessional behavior towards the coach or any SASHA team member.

7.2. Termination due to the above reasons will result in a forfeiture of fees, and no refunds will be provided.

 

8. Legal Jurisdiction

8.1. These T&C are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these T&C shall be subject to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through legal proceedings in the courts of New Delhi, India.

 

9. Amendments

9.1. SASHA Business Growth reserves the right to update these T&C at any time.
9.2. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the T&C periodically for changes.

 

10. Additional Terms

10.1. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal action.
10.2. Force Majeure: SASHA Business Growth is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
10.3. Prohibited Use: Clients must refrain from any misuse of SASHA’s services, including but not limited to unethical business practices, inappropriate communication, or attempts to manipulate strategies dishonestly.

 

By engaging with SASHA Business Growth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
