Refund Policy for SASHA Business Growth

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for programs and services offered by SASHA Business Growth (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Refund Terms
1.1. Refunds are not typically offered for services, except under specific conditions outlined below.
1.2. GST (Goods and Services Tax) is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
2. Refund for Pre-Service Cancellations
2.1. Business owners may request a refund within 48 hours of payment completion for any program or service.
2.2. Refunds for cancellations within this period will exclude any applicable administrative or processing fees.
2.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@sasha.co.in.
3. Refund Guarantee for Business Rehabilitation Program and Business Model Revamp Program
3.1. Eligibility

A 100% refund is guaranteed if the business does not achieve 10x returns on its investment in the program.

This guarantee applies only if the business owner implements all strategies and plans provided by the coach for a minimum period of one year post-program completion.
3.2. Conditions for Refund

The business owner must provide evidence of implementation, including but not limited to:

Written reports
-
Financial data
-
Email data
-
Call recordings
-
Social media posts
-

Refund eligibility will be void if the business owner fails to implement any part of the plan or deviates from the provided strategies.

Implementation must occur over a continuous one-year period.
3.3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of terminal illnesses or hospitalisation rendering the business owner unable to work, the implementation period may be extended by the period during which the owner was incapacitated. Proof of medical condition will be required.
3.4. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within one month after completing the one-year implementation period. Requests submitted after this timeline will not be entertained.
3.5. Review Process

Refund claims and evidence will be reviewed by relevant personnel at SASHA Business Growth. The decision on eligibility will be communicated within 30 business days.
4. No Partial Refunds
4.1. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellation or halting of services midway through any program.
4.2. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction arising from non-compliance with the program’s requirements or advice provided.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (where possible) or via bank transfer/UPI to details provided by the business owner.
5.3. It is the responsibility of the business owner to provide accurate banking or UPI details for processing.
6. Duplicate or Excess Payments
6.1. Duplicate payments or excess payments made accidentally will be refunded in full.
6.2. Refunds for such errors must be requested within 30 days of payment, with proof of the transaction.
7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
7.1. In case of disputes regarding refunds, the following steps will be followed:

Initial mediation and discussions between the parties involved to resolve the matter amicably.

If mediation fails, disputes will proceed to legal resolution in the courts of New Delhi, India, regardless of the client’s location.
7.2. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.
8. Amendments
SASHA Business Growth reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
